Basic Bonestructure A01
This course is the pre-requisite for all other Transfigura-Regenerationtherapy® modules, which you will find described below. 'Basic Bonestructure' is an introductory course, in which practitioners learn the principles of Transfigura-Regenerationtherapy® . In order to release and activate energy in the body, we work through the bonestructure, mostly the joints, vertebra and all areas where bones protrude or form a ridge. Participants will be instructed in how to start up the energy in the bonestructure using compression, friction and stretching, which is followed by vibrational techniques on the bonestructure, allowing to strengthen the energy. These steps are followed by exercises in which the practitioners learn how to establish an energetic connection from joint to joint. Physically, the exercises will promote deep relaxation, which is noticable by observing muscles and connective tissue, body language, and respiration. Transfigura® mobilizes the immune system and promotes better blood circulation in the whole body. On an energetic level blockages are lifted and the flow of prana or life force returns to its natural rhythmic, energetic pulse.
Organs A02
Strong energetic influences, lines of thought and certain moods can cause energy draining emotions and every organ of the body is invariably accompanied and strongly influenced by our mental and emotional conditions. The proper functioning of all organs depends on facilitating the clients body, mind and spirit to free up lodged resistance on an energetic, cellular level. In this advanced course module, participants will expand their Transfigura-Regeneration ® skill set, and learn how to establish energetic connections with the organs. Practitioners will practice how to start up the energy in the bonestructure, how to strengthen the energy, followed by establishing energetic connections from bones to organs. The energy in the organs will be harmonized and regain their original, healthy state. Participants will learn exercises pertaining to bladder, kidneys, lungs, large intestines, stomach, spleen, liver, gallbladder, heart and small intestines.
Meridians A03
In this course module, participants will learn new Transfigura-Regeneration® exercises based on the Theory of the Five Elements. We will work with energy channels of the body, called meridians. A meridian is a channel accommodating the flow of Chi. It is not a blood vessel or a nerve pathway, but runs similar routes and has a strong effect on the flow of the blood and the conducting of nervous impulses. There are points on the meridians, which we can use to change the way energy is flowing. These points are known as acupressure points. They have a different electrical frequency than the surrounding skin and they are more susceptible to energetic stimuli. We will work with all 14 meridians, 10 of which are named for the organ they are associated with (liver/gallbladder, heart/small intestines, spleen/stomach, lungs/large intestines, and kidney/bladder) 2 of which are named after their energetic functions (Pericardium/triple heater) and the final 2 act as overseers of the other meridians (governing/conceptual). Practitioners practice how to initiate, strengthen and connect the energy of bones, organs and meridians. They learn to make the energetic connection to specific meridian points. This facilitates the release of blockages on an energetic level, so that the energy flow in the meridians and functioning of the organs is improved. Working with these specific Transfigura® techniques will help the client achieve a heightened sense of inner peace and joy, increased stress resistance and strengthening of the immune system.
Emotional Fields A04
Candace Pert, author of Molecules of Emotion: Why You Feel the Way You Feel, says, 'Memories are stored not only in the brain, but in a psychosomatic network extending into the body . . . all the way out along pathways to internal organs and the very surface of our skin.' After having discovered neuropeptides in all body tissues, Pert suggests that through cellular receptors, thoughts or memories may remain unconscious or can become conscious-raising the possibility of physiological connections between memories, organs and the mind. In the Transfigura® “Emotional field” course module, participants will learn specific Transfigura-Regeneration® techniques, based on the knowledge that each emotion manifest itself in the body, very deep, on a cellular level. Practitioners will learn about explicit emotions and where they manifest in the human body and surrounding energy fields. The intended learning outcome is to acquire the necessary skills to facilitate emotional release. Next to using color visualizations and positive affirmations, practitioners will predominantly work on the bladder meridian, learning Regeneration® techniques applied to the inner line of the bladder meridian, which influences primarily the physical structure of the body and by using exercises to work the outer line, which influences the psyche. The trigger points along the bladder meridian are connective energetic pathways to all organs and cellular structures, thus serving to be the catalyzer for deep emotional release and regenerative self-healing on all levels.
Muscle I A05 (Muscles and Organs)
In this course, participants will learn specific techniques addressing how to treat blocked energies in muscles and connective tissues, in relation to their respective organs and glands. In general, it is safe to say that emotional experiences are “in-sperienced” and locked in on a cellular level, often holding the body hostage through pain and aches on a muscular level. This course module addresses how practitioners can effectively treat common muscular tensions by utilizing specifc Transfigura-Regenerationtherapy® techniques on isolated muscle groups. A less obvious component of emotional impact is the set of internal bodily changes caused by the smooth muscles and glands. Chemicals secreted by the body's various glands are activated during emotion and spread to other parts of the body, usually by the blood, to act in diverse ways on the nervous system and other organs. Smooth muscles of the digestive system, circulatory system, and other bodily components can shift from their typical level or type of operation during emotion under the effects of chemical and neural action. This component includes some behaviors that can be observed, such as the constriction or dilation of the iris of the eye, possibly piloerection, and sweating, blanching, and flushing of the skin, and other responses that are relatively hidden, such as heart rate, stomach activity, and saliva production.
The exercises taught in this workshop are designed to address specific muscle groups, also smooth muscles and glands. This course is a pre-requisite for Muscle II (Muscles and Psyche)
Muscle II A06
It's common knowledge that soreness, stiffness and pain in the shoulder muscles and neck and head or low back can be caused by emotional stress. When we are tense, our muscles tense up. But, we also know, that muscle strength and body posture can be influenced by your thoughts and emotions. It can be safely claimed that every part of our body is affected by emotions. For instance, research on the impact of emotions on the heart and its related dis-eases is pretty extensive and convincing, and today’s scientist even consider the stomach and intestines as 'thinking and feeling' organs and view them as our 'second brain..' In this course module, participants will built on techniques acquired in Muscle I, and expand their skills in facilitating the release of blocked emotional energies in the body. We learn about muscular and psychological interrelationships and learn techniques that allow us to support transformation of released energy into inner peace, balance and harmony. For example, the muscle “Teres Minor” is energetically connected to the thyroid gland and the triple heater. If someone doesn’t verbalize their needs over years, shoulder posture shifts and the body posture reflects the blocked emotions, thus making the shoulders appear lifted and tense. Transfigura-Regeneration will relax the muscle, connected organs and glands on a deep cellular level, releasing blocked energies and leading to a renewed sense of well-being.
